Once we negotiate and get the final price, the deal is dependent on financing, house inspection, house appraisal, and a water test. We’re asking them to pump out the septic tank and provide their heating costs and land survey.

Lawyers closing fees are WAY more out here. Yuck.

Hey did I mention they regulate their gas prices out here to so every single gas station is 116.9 for Regular.

Soon we’re going down for the buffet breakfast special in the hotel. It is in the Antigonish Highland Games this week and coming weekend so there are some special events. Today we’re hopefully going to catch the RCMP Musical Ride! That’ll be awesome!
