The offer is in. We low-balled their asking price so we’re expecting a bit of a back and forth game. The owners have transferred jobs to Ontario so their agent has to track them down to let them know they have an offer so we aren’t expecting anything until tomorrow afternoon/evening.

No lobster yet. We went to where the agent said there was fantastic seafood, and it was at a wharf, but it was all deep fried with fries – not really what we’re looking for!

We made it down to Sherbrooke. Small small town – pop 400. Beautiful area. Everything around here is beautiful. People keep their properties very clean and tidy. Tons of trees and lakes and hills. I’d love to tell you about our potential house, but you know, don’t want to jinx it ;D
