We’re in Antigonish! I love wireless internet in hotels! The flight was good. First time I flew WestJet. It was no different than Air Canada except for some reason everyone clapped when the plane landed. That was weird.
Tomorrow morning we head out with the real estate agent to look at the properties we selected. We went to look at our favourite one tonight. It’s up high on a hill behind trees so we couldn’t see it from the road. It has a great view of the lake it looks like. I hope it goes well tomorrow!
Antigonish is maybe 1.5 hours from the Halifax airport. There was not a single stop light or stop sign on the way AND the speed limit was 110 for a lot of the drive, 100 for the rest.
We ate at Boston Pizza (across the parking lot from the hotel) tonight for dinner. I had the best pizza I’ve had in a LONG TIME (since I lived in the Sault for the last 6 years and their pizza blows). This pizza we got had onions, pepperoni, ham, mushrooms, green pepper, and shrimp! YUMMMMMMM
There is a Highland Games Festival here later this week. Not sure if we’ll catch any of it or not.
